Türkiye Property Tax and DASK Calculators Added

Two new Türkiye housing calculators are live: property tax (emlak vergisi) and the compulsory earthquake insurance (DASK) premium. They use the rates of Law 1319 and the DASK tariff of the policy’s start month. The title deed fee calculator now also finds the declared value from a fee paid. Two new data pages show the amounts over time.

What changed?

• Property tax: the yearly tax on a home, other building, plot or land and its two installments, with the metropolitan rate, the zero rate and each year’s value increase since 2005. It also works from last year’s tax value.
• DASK: the insured sum, premium, minimum premium and 2% deductible from gross area, building class and risk group, with the floor, permit year and renewal adjustments. It has every month’s tariff since January 2020.
• Title deed fee: a new “Declared value from the fee” option; the total fee is divided by 40 per mille.
• Data pages: Turkish property tax value increases and rates by year; the DASK cost per m², maximum cover and minimum premium by month.
