Privacy Policy

Hesaplayıcı sets no cookies, shows no ads and runs no visitor analytics. The values you enter in a calculator are sent to our server to compute the result and are not stored. To prevent abuse, we limit the number of calculations per minute; your IP address is never written to any record.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Hesaplayıcı (hesaplayici.com). Contact: iletisim@hesaplayici.com. For visitors in Türkiye, this page is also the notice required by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

What we process and why

  • Calculator inputs: sent to our server to compute the result and not kept after the answer. Our logs never contain the values you enter.
  • Usage record: for each calculation we record the time, the calculator and its version, the page language, the response code and how long it took; your IP address, or a digest of it, is not written. We use it to keep the service secure and for overall usage statistics.
  • Request limit: the number of calculations from the same IP address per minute is limited. The counter keys on a one-way digest of your address and lives only in server memory, for one minute; it is never written to disk.
  • Theme choice: your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to our server.
  • Hosting: the server and content delivery network providers process your IP address to deliver the pages to you.

The usage records and the request limit rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).

Retention and sharing

Usage records hold no personal data; they are kept for a limited time for security and statistics, then deleted. We do not sell data or share it for advertising; we share it only when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and the recipients, ask for correction or deletion, object to the processing and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to iletisim@hesaplayici.com.

If cookies, ads or analytics are ever added, this page will be updated first and your consent asked where required. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
