Türkiye Annual Leave Calculator Added

Hesaplayıcı has a new annual leave calculator. From your start date, it finds your paid leave days in the current leave year under Turkish Labour Law art. 53. It applies the 20-day minimum at age 18 or under and 50 or over, and 4 more days in underground work. It also gives the gross pay for unused days.

What changed

• New tool: the annual leave calculator. It gives the service, the days of this and the next leave year, and the days to the next full year.
• When the job ends: the leave pay from the unused days and the last gross wage (art. 59).
• New guide: how annual leave is calculated, the limits and a step-by-step example.
• New glossary term: annual leave.
• As with every tool, it also runs through the REST API and MCP.

Effect on calculations

Example: a worker born on 10 June 1975 who started on 1 February 2023 has 3 years 7 months 28 days of service on 28 September 2026 and gets 20 days. On 1 February 2026, when the 3rd leave year started, the worker was 50, so the 20-day minimum applies instead of 14 days by service. You can check your own leave with the annual leave calculator.
