`days4a`	integer	≥ 0, ≤ 18,000		4/a days in the last 7 years (days) · Fill in if you worked in more than one status. With a first insurance before 1 October 2008, the days in the last 2,520 days (7 years); later, the days in your whole career. The status with the most days sets the conditions; on a tie, the current status.

`partialDaysDate`	string			Date the partial pension days were complete · Only for a first insurance on or before 8 September 1999: the day you reached 3,600 days (4/a) or 5,400 days (4/b). When empty and the days are complete, the count date is used; the age may be higher.
`countDate`	string			Date of the day count · The day your premium days are counted to. Leave it empty to use today (Türkiye time).
