Health and Türkiye Housing Calculators Added

Hesaplayıcı has six new calculators: the Turkish title deed fee, real estate commission, body mass index, daily calorie need, ideal weight and water intake. The housing calculators use the rates of the Fees Law and the Regulation on Real Estate Trade. The health calculators rest on WHO, EFSA and published formulas and are not medical advice.

What changed

• Title deed fee: 20 per mille each for the buyer and the seller on the declared price, never below the property tax value.
• Real estate commission: at most 4% on a sale and one month’s rent on a rental, with 20% VAT and the amount per party.
• Body mass index: the WHO adult category and the healthy weight range for the height.
• Daily calorie need: the Mifflin–St Jeor equation and an activity factor.
• Ideal weight: the Devine, Robinson, Miller and Hamwi formulas and the BMI 18.5–24.9 range.
• Water intake: the EFSA adequate intakes, in litres and in 200 ml glasses.
