Türkiye SGK Military and Birth Buyback Calculator Added

Hesaplayıcı has a new military and birth service buyback calculator. It works out what you pay SGK to buy back days under art. 41 of Law no. 5510: the day count, a daily earning you pick between the floor and the ceiling of the application day, and the premium rate. For a birth, it finds the days from the dates.

What changed

• New tool: the military and birth buyback calculator. It gives the cost of military service, birth and the other cases at the same rate (doctorate, lawyer internship, detention, strike and more), and the cost at the ceiling.
• Birth: at most 720 days per birth and 3 births; when the next birth comes within 2 years, the first period ends the day before it.
• The SGK premium rates data page has two new columns: the birth buyback rate and the rate of military service and the other cases.
• New guide: how military service and birth buybacks are calculated, with examples.
• New glossary term: service buyback.
• As with every tool, it also runs through the REST API and MCP.

Effect on calculations

Law no. 7566 raised the rate of every buyback except birth from 32% to 45% from 1 January 2026; the birth buyback stays at 32%. At the floor, 360 days of military service cost 99,861.12 TRY for an application on 31 December 2025 and 178,362 TRY for one on 28 September 2026. One birth, 720 days at the floor, costs 253,670.40 TRY. You can work out your own cost with the service buyback calculator.
