Türkiye's 2026 Minimum Wage: 33,030 TRY Gross

Under the decision of Türkiye’s Minimum Wage Determination Commission of 23 December 2025, the 2026 minimum wage is 33,030 TRY gross and 28,075.50 TRY net a month. The Official Gazette published it on 26 December 2025, and it applies from 1 January 2026. The gross-to-net and net-to-gross salary calculators use these amounts.

What changed

• Gross minimum wage: 26,005.50 TRY in 2025, 33,030 TRY in 2026.
• Net minimum wage: 22,104.67 TRY in 2025, 28,075.50 TRY in 2026.
• The employee pays 14% social security and 1% unemployment insurance on it; no income tax or stamp duty is taken.
• The employer’s total cost with the general 2-point Treasury discount is 40,214.03 TRY a month (Ministry of Labour table).
