Annual Leave (Yıllık İzin): Paid time off a worker takes each year after a set length of service. The law sets a minimum that grows with service; unused leave is paid out as wage when the job ends.
Annual leave is the paid time off a worker takes each year after a set length of service. Labour laws set its minimum; a contract can give more. It is usually counted in working days and grows with service. Leave that is not taken is paid out as wage when the employment contract ends.

annual leave = leave days by service and leave pay = last gross wage / 30 × unused days. The annual leave calculator finds the leave days from the service and applies the age and underground work rules.
In Türkiye
Under Labour Law 4857 art. 53 the leave starts after one year of service: 14 days for 1 to 5 years (5 years included), 20 days for more than 5 and less than 15 years, 26 days from 15 years. Workers aged 18 or under, or 50 or over, get at least 20 days; underground work adds 4 days. Weekly rest days and public holidays inside the leave do not count (art. 56). Unused leave is paid at one thirtieth of the last wage per day (art. 59).
