Türkiye August 2026 CPI: Rent Increase Cap Is 31.79%

TurkStat published the consumer price index for August 2026. The CPI change by 12-month averages is 31.79% and the annual change 31.51%. Under article 344 of the Turkish Code of Obligations, rents renewed in September 2026 cannot rise more than this average. The rent increase calculator uses the new rate.
