Türkiye's Severance Ceiling Is 73,729.87 TRY from July

From 1 July 2026, Türkiye’s severance pay ceiling is 73,729.87 TRY. It replaces the first-half ceiling of 64,948.77 TRY and applies until 31 December 2026. For a job that ends in this period, the pay for each year of service cannot exceed this amount. The severance calculator picks the ceiling of the end date.

What changed

• 1 January – 30 June 2026: 64,948.77 TRY.
• 1 July – 31 December 2026: 73,729.87 TRY.
• The ceiling follows the retirement bonus of the highest-paid civil servant and changes twice a year (Law 1475, art. 14).
